Current private web beta
During the current private web beta, email support@luna.tech from the email address used to sign in. Use the subject “Delete my Labor Together account.” We will verify the request before deleting the account.
Future App Store version
Before Labor Together is submitted to the App Store, the app will include an easy-to-find control inside account settings that lets every user initiate full account deletion from within the app. A website-only deletion request will not be treated as a substitute for Apple’s in-app deletion requirement.
What deletion includes
Deletion ordinarily removes the user profile, household membership, device-presence records, push subscriptions, saved preferences, and personal data associated with the account. When deleting the household owner’s account, we may ask how shared household history should be handled because it is also visible to the other household member.
Shared household information
Labor Together is designed for two connected people. Some records may have been jointly created or relied upon by the other member. We will explain any shared-data handling before completing deletion and will honor applicable legal requirements.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required by law, necessary to complete deletion, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, resolve disputes, or document compliance. Retained information will not be used for advertising.
Timing and confirmation
After verification, we will confirm when deletion is complete or explain any required retention and expected completion time. Deletion is permanent and may make labor history unrecoverable.
Subscriptions and purchases
Labor Together currently does not offer paid App Store subscriptions. If paid features are added later, account deletion instructions will explain that deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription and will provide the appropriate cancellation steps.
